We want you to love your YUYU. If not, here’s our simple, fair returns process — fully compliant with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Change of Mind Returns
Timeframe: Return unused items in original packaging with proof of purchase within 30 day.
Outcome: Full refund or exchange.
Cost: You cover return postage. We recommend tracked shipping — we’re not liable for lost parcels.
How to Return
Contact us Email info@yuyurecovery.com.au with your order number in the subject line. State whether you want a refund or exchange. Note: We cannot accept used items.
Send it back Return the item in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Include your name and order number. Seal securely.

Refund We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the item. You’ll get an email confirmation.
Exchanges
Follow the steps above and include a note with your desired replacement. Email us first to confirm stock.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Notify us immediately at info@yuyurecovery.com.au with your order number and photo/video of the issue.
Keep all packaging — we may need to inspect.
Outcome: Free repair, replacement, or full refund (including original delivery cost).
Your ACL rights: If a product fails to meet consumer guarantees (e.g. not fit for purpose, unsafe, or major fault), you’re entitled to a remedy of your choice (refund, replacement, or repair) — at our cost, including return postage.
Important Notes
This policy applies to online purchases only. Retail partner returns follow their own policy (except for manufacturing faults).
Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
